  "text": "(1) Nothing in any provision of the principal Act or this Act affects the validity or effect of—\n(a) any permission, consent, agreement or approval that has been given, or treated as having been given, before the provision comes into force;\n(b) any determination, direction, notice or order that has been made or issued before the provision comes into force.\n(2) This paragraph does not limit any power conferred by the principal Act or any other enactment.",
