# The Planning Data (England) Regulations 2026, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament at 4.30 p.m. on 16th April 2026
Coming into force 7th May 2026
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 84(1) and 86(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023.
