  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the temporary modifications to the Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 71).\nRegulation 2 amends the Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 to amend the “emergency period” end date to 31st March 2022.\nThe Explanatory Memorandum is available alongside the Regulations on the government’s website www.legislation.gov.uk",
