# Planning (Development Plans) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These regulations may be cited as the Planning (Development Plans) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 17th November 2004.
