# Planning (Development Plans) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Planning (Development Plans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991


In the shoulder note to regulation 11 (public local inquiries) for the words “public local inquiries” there shall be substituted “independent examinations”.
