# Planning (Development Plans) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Planning (Development Plans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991


In regulations 11, 12 and 13(1)(f) for the words “a public local inquiry” there shall be substituted “an independent examination”.
