# The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving Provisions) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving Provisions) Order 2008 and comes into force on 19th May 2008.
