# The Planning General (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Note: Explanatory note

Regulation 2 amends regulation 5(2) of the Planning General Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 to correct a drafting error in those Regulations.
A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared in relation to these Regulations.
