# The Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020, Paragraph 4: Amendments in relation to shops, financial or professional services establishments


(1) In Part 34 of the Schedule (shops, financial or professional services establishments), Class A is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph A.1(a)(i) for 25% substitute 50%.
(3) In paragraph A.1(a)(ii) for 50 substitute 100.
