  "heading": "Cancellation of Article 4 directions",
  "text": "(1) Any direction made by the Department under Article 4 may be cancelled by a subsequent direction made by the Department.\n(2) Any direction made by a council in accordance with Article 4 may be cancelled by a subsequent direction made by that council or by a direction made by the Department. A direction given by a council which contains only provisions cancelling a previous direction shall not require the approval of the Department.\n(3) Article 5 shall apply to the making of any cancelling direction in the same way as it would apply to the making of the direction being revoked.",
