  "text": "Class A\nPermitted development\nA.\nDevelopment authorised by—\n(a) any local or private Act of Parliament; or\n(b) by any order approved by both Houses of Parliament;\nwhich designates specifically the nature of the development authorised and the land upon which it may be carried out.\nConditions\nA.1\nDevelopment is not permitted by Class A if it consists of or includes—\n(a) the erection, construction, alteration or extension of any building, bridge, aqueduct, pier or dam; or\n(b) the construction, formation, laying out or alteration of a means of access to any road used by vehicular traffic;\nunless the prior approval of the detailed plans and specifications is first obtained from the council.",
