# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, apply to England only, and come into force on 10th June 2015.
