  "text": "(1) Sections 174, 175(3), (6), 176 and 177 of the principal Act shall apply to appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4.\n(2) The provisions of those sections, as modified under paragraph (1), are set out in Part 5 of Schedule 4.",
