# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992, Regulation 21: Enforcement register


(1) Section 188 of the principal Act (register of enforcement and stop notices) shall have effect in relation to hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 3 of Schedule 4.
(2) The provisions of that section, as modified under paragraph (1), are set out in Part 5 of Schedule 4.
