# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992, Regulation 8: Inspection of applications


The applicant shall make a copy of the application available for inspection at a place within the locality of the application site during the period or periods allowed for making representations pursuant to regulation 6(2) and 7(2).
