In section 289 of the principal Act (appeals to the High Court relating to enforcement notices etc.)—

(a)

in subsections (1), (4A) and (5A) for “an enforcement notice” in each place where it occurs substitute “a hazardous substances contravention notice” and in subsections (1) and (4A) for “local planning authority” in each place where it occurs substitute “hazardous substances authority”;

(b)

omit subsections (2) and (4B).
