In section 175 of the principal Act (appeals — supplementary provisions)—

(a)

in subsection (3), for “local planning authority” substitute “hazardous substances authority”;

(b)

in subsection (6), for “any other provisions of this Act” substitute “section 25(1) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990”.
