# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015, Regulation 15: Appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices


Sections 174, 175(3) and (6), 176 and 177 of the principal Act apply to appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4.
