# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015, Regulation 17: Effect of hazardous substances contravention notices, etc


Sections 178 to 181 of the principal Act have effect in relation to hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 2 of Schedule 4.
