# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015, Regulation 18: Enforcement register


Section 188 of the principal Act (register of enforcement and stop notices) has effect in relation to hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 3 of Schedule 4.
