# The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 15: Presence of exempted substances


The presence of a substance for which an exemption is provided under paragraphs 1 to 14 is not be taken into account when calculating the quantity of a hazardous substance present on, over or under land for any purpose of the Act or these Regulations.
