Regulation 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

The title of these Regulations is the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and they come into force on 5 May 2017.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

In these Regulations, “the 2015 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2015”) means the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015f1
