# The Planning (Inquiry Procedure) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Inquiry Procedure) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 19th June 2006.
