# The Planning (Inquiry Procedure) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2015, Article 21: Closed evidence not to be disclosed


Nothing in these Rules shall be taken to require or permit closed evidence to be disclosed to a person other than—
(a) the inspector;
(b) the planning appeals commission;
(c) the Department;
(d) the appointed representative; or
(e) a person specified, or of any description specified, in the direction.
