# The Planning (Local Development Plan) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016, Regulation 1: Title and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Local Development Plan) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 29th February 2016.
