Regulation 2 Amendment of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015

In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015^f1—

(a)

for “the Planning (Northern Ireland) 1991 Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972^f2 or the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”; and

(b)

for “that Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”.
