# The Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, Article 10: Regulations as to development plans


Without prejudice to Articles 4 to 9, the Department may make regulations with respect to—
(a) the form and content of development plans; and
(b) the procedure to be followed in connection with the making, alteration, repeal and replacement of development plans.
