# Planning (Scotland) Act 2019, Paragraph 3


(1) The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 18(4)(a)(ii) (submission of programme to Scottish Ministers), for “action” substitute “ delivery ”.
