# Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order further amends the Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989 by omitting Classes 7 to 10 (Special Industrial) from the Schedule.
Industrial processes previously within Classes 7 to 10 will fall within Class 5 (General Industrial).
