# Planning (Wales) Act 2015, Paragraph 21


In section 324 (rights of entry), in subsection (1), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) any application made to the Welsh Ministers under section 62O;
(bb) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .”.
