# Planning (Wales) Act 2015, Section 52: Statement by owner to end use of land as of right


(1) Section 15A of the Commons Act 2006 (c.26) (registration of greens: statement by owner) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “in England”.
(3) Omit subsection (8).
