  "text": "(1) The Commons Act 2006 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 15C (registration of greens: exclusions)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) omit “in England”;\n(ii) for “Schedule 1A” substitute “ the relevant Schedule ”;\n(b) in subsection (2), after “the Table” insert “ set out in the relevant Schedule ”;\n(c) in subsections (3) and (4), for “Secretary of State” substitute “ appropriate national authority ”;\n(d) in subsection (5)—\n(i) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ appropriate national authority ”;\n(ii) for “Schedule 1A” substitute “ the relevant Schedule ”;\n(e) after subsection (8) insert—\n“(9) In this section “the relevant Schedule” means—\n(a) Schedule 1A, in relation to land in England;\n(b) Schedule 1B, in relation to land in Wales.”\n(3) After Schedule 1A (the title of which becomes “ Exclusion of right under section 15: England ”) insert the Schedule set out in Schedule 6.",
