# Planning (Wales) Act 2015, Section 56: Interpretation


In this Act—
“PCPA 2004” means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5);
“TCPA 1990” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8).
