# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 6: Annual monitoring report

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

(1) A report made by a planning authority under section 35 must include a report about the extent to which a local development order made by the authority is achieving its purposes.
(2) Regulations may make provision about the form and content of the report as it relates to a local development order.
