# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 11: No withdrawal of notice to treat deemed to have been served under this Part

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

(1) A notice to treat that is treated as having been served by virtue of paragraph 5(5) or paragraph 9(1) or (3)(b) may not be withdrawn under section 31 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 (c. 33).
(2) But if the purchase notice is withdrawn or is treated as cancelled, any notice to treat that is treated as having been served in consequence of it is to be treated as having been withdrawn.
