  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“purchase notice” (“hysbysiad prynu”) means a notice served under section 110 or 213;\n“relevant acquisition provisions” (“darpariaethau caffael perthnasol”) means—\n(a) in relation to a local authority, section 263 (compulsory acquisition of land for planning purposes);\n(b) in relation to a statutory undertaker, any enactment under which it has power, or may be authorised, to acquire land compulsorily for the purposes of its undertaking;\n“statutory undertaker” (“ymgymerwr statudol”) includes an electronic communications code operator and a former public telecommunications operator.",
