# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 5: Preparation of charging schedule: evidence

(1) A charging authority must use appropriate available evidence to inform its preparation of a charging schedule.
(2) CIL regulations may make provision about the effect of sub-paragraph (1).
