  "heading": "Notice of confirmation of order",
  "text": "(1) As soon as possible after an order is confirmed, the authority that made the order must comply with the following provisions of this paragraph.\n(2) The authority must publish notice that the order has been confirmed in at least one newspaper circulating in the relevant area.\n(3) The notice must—\n(a) state the general effect of the order;\n(b) name a place in the relevant area where—\n(i) a copy of the confirmed order is available for public inspection free of charge at all reasonable times, and\n(ii) copies of the order may be obtained for a reasonable charge at all reasonable times.\n(4) The authority must serve a copy of the notice on every person who—\n(a) was entitled to be served with a copy of a notice under paragraph 11, and\n(b) has sent the authority a request to be served, specifying an address for service.\n(5) The authority must include a copy of the confirmed order with each copy of the notice that sub-paragraph (4) requires it to serve on—\n(a) a person on whom it was required to serve a copy of a notice by virtue of paragraph 11(2)(a), (b) or (c), and\n(b) in the case of an order that has been confirmed with modifications, a person on whom it was required to serve a copy of a notice by virtue of paragraph 11(2)(d) or (e).\n(6) The authority must cause copies of the notice that the order has been confirmed to be displayed in the ways described in paragraph 11(4).",
