# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 17: Notice of decision not to confirm order

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

As soon as possible after a decision is made not to confirm an order, the authority that made the order must serve notice of the decision on every person on whom paragraph 11 required it to serve a notice.
