  "text": "(1) In this Part “the objection period” and “the relevant area” have the meanings given by paragraph 2(4).\n(2) Where publication of a notice under paragraph 2 or 6 takes place on more than one day, references in this Part to the day the notice is published are references to the latest of those days.",
