  "text": "Immediately after making an order under section 318, the appropriate Minister must—\n(a) publish a notice—\n(i) stating that the order has been made, and\n(ii) naming a place where a copy of it is available for public inspection at all reasonable times, and\n(b) serve a copy of the notice—\n(i) on any person who made an objection in accordance with paragraph 8 and has sent a request for notice to the appropriate Minister, specifying an address for service, and\n(ii) on any other person the appropriate Minister considers appropriate.",
