# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 14: Highways

Status: prospective

(1) Land shown on an approved plan as land consisting of the site of a highway that a local highway authority proposes to construct, improve or alter.
(2) In this paragraph “approved plan” means a plan approved by a resolution of the local highway authority.
