# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 16: Highways

(1) Land shown on an approved plan as land that a local highway authority proposes to acquire under section 246(1) of the Highways Act.
(2) In this paragraph “approved plan” means a plan approved by a resolution of the local highway authority.
