# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 28: Land identified in infrastructure policy statement

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

(1) Land in a location identified in an infrastructure policy statement as suitable (or potentially suitable) for a kind of development specified in the statement.
(2) This paragraph ceases to apply when the infrastructure policy statement—
(a) ceases to have effect, or
(b) ceases to identify the land as suitable or potentially suitable for that kind of development.
