  "heading": "Interpretation of paragraphs 31 to 33",
  "text": "(1) In paragraphs 31 to 33 “owner’s interest”, in relation to a hereditament or agricultural unit, means—\n(a) a freehold interest in the hereditament or agricultural unit, or\n(b) a lease of the hereditament or agricultural unit granted or extended for a fixed term that has at least 3 years left to run on the relevant day.\n(2) In paragraphs 31 to 33 and sub-paragraph (1), “relevant day”, in relation to a hereditament or agricultural unit, means the day a notice is served in respect of it under section 324.",
