# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 51: Appropriate enactment: compulsory purchase etc.

(1) In relation to land falling within paragraph 23, “the appropriate enactment” is the infrastructure consent order.
(2) In relation to land falling within paragraph 24, “the appropriate enactment” is an infrastructure consent order in the terms of the order applied for.
