# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 52: Appropriate enactment: compulsory purchase etc.

(1) In relation to land falling within paragraph 25, “the appropriate enactment” is the order granting development consent.
(2) In relation to land falling within paragraph 26, “the appropriate enactment” is an order in the terms of the order applied for.
