# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 1: Powers and duties of inspector

An inspector has the same powers and duties in relation to an appeal under section 61 as the Welsh Ministers have under—
(a) section 62(1),
(b) regulations under section 367 (procedural requirements), and
(c) sections 372 and 373 (costs).
