# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 4: Certificate of compliance with aftercare condition

Status: prospective

If, on the application of any person with an interest in land in relation to which an aftercare condition has been imposed, the planning authority is satisfied that the condition has been complied with, it must issue a certificate to that effect.
