# Planning (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 6: Replacement of inspector

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

At any time before an inspector has determined an application made under section 78 or 80, the Welsh Ministers may—
(a) revoke the inspector’s appointment, and
(b) appoint another inspector to determine the application.
